Recipe - After-School Sundae

After-School Sundae

Scoop up your very own version of this sundae. Use any flavor of frozen yogurt and your favorite fruits. If you want, substitute a few tablespoons of a crunchy cereal like low-fat granola for the graham crackers.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (about 1 large or 2 small scoops)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced peaches or other favorite fruit
1 graham cracker square

Directions:

1. Scoop frozen yogurt into a bowl.

2. Add fruit.

3. Crumble graham cracker on top.

Enjoy!
