Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

This isn’t your typical peanut butter cup! It’s served in a glass and packs plenty of calcium and eight other essential nutrients found in milk!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat chocolate milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fat-free chocolate or vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:

1. Place ingredients in a blender.

2. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings
