Cinnamon Eggnog French Toast
Add some holiday cheer to breakfast with this yummy French
toast. Kids love it and it’s a great way to use extra eggnog you have
on hand.
Ingredients
1 egg
2 cups light eggnog
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 slices firm white bread
Vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions
1. Crack eggs into a large shallow bowl. Add eggnog and cinnamon.
2. Beat with a whisk until ingredients are well-blended.
3. Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread
into the eggnog mixture, turning to coat both sides. Cook over medium heat
until golden brown on each side.
4. Top with sliced fresh fruit, maple syrup or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
