Dinosaur Eggs
2 Tbsp. of butter
4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 eggs
¼ cup skim milk
½ cup grated Swiss cheese
4 six ounce custard cups
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the butter on both sides of the bread slices and place each in a 6 ounce custard cup and press in gently. Beat the eggs, milk and cheese together in a bowl. Pour into the bread cups. Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg is set.
Makes 4 servings.
