Marvelous Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups small elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. each: butter, flour
¼ tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 cups whole milk, heated
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
½ cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni by package directions. Preheat oven to 350. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisking constantly, sprinkle flour over. Continue whisking while cooking until a thick, smooth paste with a nutty aroma forms, about 5 minutes. Add mustard, pepper, Worcestershire. Whisking throughout, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat to low and whisk in 3 cups cheese until melted. Stir in macaroni until well coated. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over evenly and top with crumbs. Bake until hot throughout, bubbly and golden on top, about 20 minutes.
