Reducing Chronic Disease

Dairy is good for life!  People who consume three-to-four servings of dairy foods each day have better overall nutrient intake, a more nutritionally sound diet, and as a result, increased probability of preventing certain chronic diseases.  Government and public health organizations around the globe encourage daily consumption of dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yogurt to promote good health and prevent disease.
